Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. For custom builds, we provide progress updates throughout the build process.

Custom builds typically take 5-7 business days from order confirmation. This includes component procurement (if not in stock), professional assembly, cable management, and our comprehensive 72-hour stress testing. Complex builds with custom water cooling may take 7-10 days.

Yes! Every custom build undergoes rigorous 72-hour stress testing including CPU and GPU stress tests, memory testing, storage benchmarks, and thermal monitoring. We also install Windows (if requested) and all necessary drivers. You'll receive a detailed test report with your PC.

Yes, we ship to all major cities and towns across India. Shipping is free for orders above ₹1,00,000. For orders below this amount, shipping charges are calculated based on your location at checkout. We use secure packaging and insured shipping for all orders.

We use custom foam packaging designed specifically for PC shipping. Heavy components like GPUs are separately secured or shipped in their boxes to prevent damage. All shipments are fully insured, and we include shock indicators to monitor handling during transit.

Our 2-year comprehensive warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. Individual components carry their respective manufacturer warranties (typically 3-5 years for major components). We handle all warranty claims on your behalf - just contact us!

For warranty claims, contact our support team with your order number and description of the issue. We'll diagnose the problem remotely if possible. For hardware issues, we'll arrange pickup, repair/replace the faulty component, and return your PC - all at no cost during the warranty period.

We accept all major payment methods including Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), Net Banking, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Wallets. We also offer No-Cost EMI options on select banks for orders above ₹50,000.
